This person will be required to build relationships with partners from other branch sites and interface closely with corporate office when asssistance is necessary. Must also direct the Technical Support Team and expect a resolution, data analysis and initiate preventative measures. Collaboration with department leads, users and partners in order to provide assistance as required. Familiarity with user manual and ability to expand your knowledge base in new troubleshooting techniques and services is critical to your success in this role.
Must speak fluent English, have excellent grammar and articulate ideas well.
