Bilingual Customer Service Counter Representative
Located in Dallas near 635 & 35/Harry Hines and Royal Lane
This person must have at least three years working in a blue collar environment. Assisting customers when they come in to buy equipment and propane.
Set up deliveries, data entry and answer phones. Show strong leadership skills.
Bilingual is a must.
Must have telephone etiquette, speaking clearly and professionally and must have excellent communication skills. This person will write orders and provide product service, it is very important to have excellent writing skills.
Job: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provides product service and information to customers.
3 years experience is required.
Shifts vary.
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
or
Monday- Friday 9:00 to 6:00
Some Saturdays- hours are 8:00 to 1:00
Pay rate 10.00 an hour

Corporate Firm Downtown Dallas is seeking someone who can multi task and handle varied responsibilities in this fast paced main lobby area, facilities and mail room. The candidate will support clerical admin.’ as needed and relieve the front desk switchboard, (must have at least 3 years on a switchboard) greet visitors, and keep a daily log of activity using spreadsheets in Excel.
Must have above average business communications skills, superb people skills and be a quick learner. This position has office cublical and private phone, computer.
Responsibilities include:
***Answering multi-phone lines switchboard and forwarding the calls to all departments. Some calls received are forwarded from out of state branch offices
***Constant headset daily.
***Keep front desk registry book to ensure visitors & vendors sign in and out and wear visitor’s badge while in the building.
***Accept mail and deliver mail to departments.
***Accept packages, deliver packages weighing 10-20-50- lbs.
***Retrieve daily US mail from the postal room on the property on parking level 1.
***Must have prepared packages in the past and experience with Fed-Ex and UPS.
***Prepare mail packages to go out; operate a postage machine and computer station for preparing Fed-Ex Power Shipments to go out. Operate USPS postage meter.
***Moderate use of Excel, Word, and Outlook
***Maintain the conference room, the reception area and the kitchen area.
***Assist senior facilities director to coordinate and schedule office moves and installation of office furniture and equipment.
Schedule: 10:00am to 5:30 / 32 hours a week
Immediate Hire: Interviews start August 5th - start date, Tuesday August 11TH

Hourly pay rate is 14.00
