College degree in business or finance preferred with a minimum of two to four years of work-related experience necessary. Non-degreed individuals with five or more years of specific trust operations related experience. Should have management experience and the ability to lead other employees.
• Substantial knowledge of trust operations and general administration functions; considerable knowledge of the securities industry;

· Maintain and review policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
· Protect the bank from regulatory risk through compliance management

· Recommend, develop, and implement changes to existing and proposed procedures, policies and programs
· Oversee and manage scope and contract management for external compliance, credit and operation audits
· Oversee revision, preparation and dissemination of new and updated compliance standards and procedures
