A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support attorneys with litigation
matters from intake through resolution. This role is suited for a seasoned paralegal with strong medical record review skills
and insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
Position Summary
The Insurance Defense Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, records review, filings, and ongoing litigation
support. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage
multiple matters simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, organized, and comfortable handling complex
medical and litigation records.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft detailed summaries of medical records, billing records, and case materials
- Manage intake records and organize case files
- Review, analyze, and index medical and litigation records
- Prepare and handle court filings and related documentation
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management
Additional Information
- Compensation is $65K – $75K based on experience
- Full-time, in-office role
