financial data. This role supports high-stakes tax controversies, audits, and U.S. Tax Court filings.
The Tax Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in legal strategy by managing complex evidence, drafting
petitions, and tracking strict administrative deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tax controversy case files from audit through trial
  • Draft petitions, motions, and discovery requests
  • Analyze complex financial records and IRS administrative files
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis

  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of litigation or tax controversy experience
  • Paralegal certificate or degree required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and tech-savviness
