commercial interior and modular construction projects from concept through completion. This client-facing
role combines technical design expertise with project leadership, allowing you to manage construction
documentation, collaborate with project teams, and help deliver innovative commercial environments.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients while producing high-quality construction drawings,
renderings, and coordinated design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial design projects from concept through construction
Prepare, review, and manage construction drawing packages
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field construction teams
Produce and maintain detailed models using AutoCAD and Revit
Create project markups and coordinate documentation using Bluebeam
Develop high-quality renderings and presentations using Enscape
Ensure design accuracy, coordination, and quality throughout each project
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams while managing multiple deadlines
