Babich & Associates has been retained to identify an experienced overnight Manufacturing
Supervisor for a confidential production client.
The supervisor will lead a third-shift team of approximately 40-60 employees and will be
accountable for safety, work assignments, production flow, employee performance, first-piece
activity, accurate production reporting, and communication with the following shift.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership position. The supervisor must be comfortable resolving
employee concerns, supporting press or production activity when necessary, initiating
maintenance requests, conducting reviews, and keeping the operation aligned with customer
and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead a third-shift team of approximately 40-60 employees
● Oversee safety, work assignments, and production flow
● Manage employee performance and first-piece activity
● Ensure accurate production reporting and communication with the following shift
● Resolve employee concerns
● Support press or production activity when necessary
● Initiate maintenance requests and conduct employee reviews
● Keep operations aligned with customer and production requirements
Shift
Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 10:00 p.m. and ending at approximately 7:20-7:30 a.m.
Sunday attendance is especially important because the overnight team supports the startup of
the production week.
