An experienced Water Restoration Technician is needed in Dallas to handle water extraction, structural drying, and restoration work in residential and industrial properties. This position requires more than five years of water restoration experience, WRTI certification, and hands-on experience with extraction equipment, dehumidifiers, and moisture monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged property to assess the extent of water damage.
- Remove standing and excess water using pumps, extractors, and other specialized equipment.
- Set up and operate fans, dehumidifiers, and moisture monitoring systems to dry affected areas.
- Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed.
- Perform mold remediation and removal when present.
- Clean and sanitize affected areas.
- Provide guidance to property owners on preventing future water damage.
