A successful regional staffing firm is seeking an experienced Staffing Sales / Business Development Manager to take over its Dallas operation. This is an individual-contributor opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT staffing or Finance & Accounting staffing sales and established experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
The person selected will inherit a one-person office backed by substantial recruiting support and will have the opportunity to grow the business and ultimately build and manage the Dallas office as large as they choose.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow staffing business throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market
- Build relationships with new and existing client companies
- Generate staffing opportunities within IT or Finance & Accounting
- Work closely with recruiting resources to fill client requirements
- Grow the Dallas operation and potentially build and manage a larger office over time
