Established, national known retail organization seeking candidates for exciting new position.

Responsibilities include:

• The daily DOC report generation and distribution
  • Entails loading for all the relevant current MTD data in addition to the prior year MTD information from several sources
• The weekly Asset Management report distribution
  • AR, CIT, Inventory
  • Entails loading various dealership tools; specifically AR and Vehicle Inventory
  • Review Service and Collision Center Technician headcount additions each Friday to ensure they are coded to the proper class (A, B, C or D)
• Assist in the month end closing process.  Includes verification of key account balances, retail volume numbers and actual trial balance loads.
• Responsible for the month-end data collection and load of several key items including but not limited to: ROAMs, VAuto Statistics, Marketing by channel, Webstats, Google ratings, various MPP items
• Assist in the RDR collection and input
• Prepare items for month end reporting:
  • Update reporting templates each month, update the various links to the dealership tools
  • Update, distribute, collect and load Collision Insurance reports
• Assist in pre-close monitoring (from the 20^th on) and reporting to Regional Controllers:
  • Load FAS reports and report Fixed Asset discrepancies
  • Verify balances in various accounts are correct, including but not limited to: PPD 13^th month accounts, retained earnings,
  • Load the information for the DOCR/Trial balance unit tie out (a.k.a. Lender tie out).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, annual and semi-annual meeting material and presentations
• Responsible for the collection and archiving of key manufacturer report card items:
  • Including not limited to Service Retention
• Distribution of key month reports to the stakeholders including but not limited to:
  • Brand Manager reports, individual group quartiles, Fixed Operations report
• Assist in maintaining account mapping
• Ad hoc reporting as needed
• Special projects as needed

Position Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, etc.

Experience:

• Strong excel skills required (ability to easily create pivot tables, look ups, adjust/create basic macros)
• Retail Financial Experience is preferred

• Weekend and long hours will be required during the monthly close period
