Seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal for Preparing discovery, pleadings, motions

Manage clients and witnesses for discovery and discovery responses

Order, review, summarize records pertaining to the case

Investigate and retain experts

Prepare expert designations, schedule orders and calendaring

Must have solid knowledge of Federal and State rules and e-filing

The role includes assisting attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration & trials.

Pay is negotiable based on experience $55,000 - $75,000
