Selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2 years of experience in Construction, Engineering, Home Building, or Architecture. Experience with pay applications, lien waivers, draw requests, AIA billing, and job costing on multiple jobs required. Ideal candidate will have experience with ERP software like Deltek, Sage, Vista, Procore, Viewpoint, Costpoint, etc.
