They are needing to find a dynamic General Manager who can grow a $25 million operation to a $50 million operation quickly. MUST LIVE IN HOUSTON!!! This is P&L responsibility for four salespeople 70 support/consultants (both onshore and offshore) services that range from staff augmentation to large multiyear solutions. The qualified candidate must absolutely know the Houston market and must be charismatic and dynamic. A minimum of three solid years of documentable leadership experience in the IT consulting arena is necessary if it’s quality. This is a perfect position for an up-and-coming manager who is limited now by a hierarchy or a very experienced manager who is limited by the size of firm he or she is with. Must be able to manage different roles and different types of people. THE MAJOR GOAL IS TO GROW THE REVENUE!!! Proof of having done that is required.
