Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative for a dynamic manufacturer and supplier in the garage door industry. This role is located near Fort Worth, Texas. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will engage with customers, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers through various communication channels.
· Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
· Achieve or exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Required: Customer Service and Computer Skills.
· Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Experience in sales or customer service roles.
· Preferred: Knowledge of CRM systems.
· Preferred: Knowledge of the construction or garage door industry.
· Experience with Epicor ERP and MRP a plus.
· Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook also a plus..
