Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join their team in Farmers Branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, with a preference for those who currently hold a TX insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Assist customers with product information, policy details, and insurance coverage options.

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

- Must be bi-lingual, English and Spanish.

- Proven experience in customer service with a winning attitude.

- Insurance license preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- This is a full time position 9:00 am to 5:30 PM.

- If you are not licensed we will help you obtain your TX Insurance License.
