Job Description/Attributes:
-Develop and maintain superior relationships with current and potential customers.
-Develop a deep understanding of customer products, operations and personnel to assist in the selling process.
-Develop new business through cold calling and personal visits.
-Negotiate pricing on orders based on market knowledge and customer feedback.
-Ensure all orders are submitted promptly and accurately.
-Obtain and report customer feedback to the sales manager.
-Facilitate conversations between customers and various departments such as credit, production, operations, shipping, purchasing, etc.
-Monitor the status of orders and intervene as required to ensure on-time delivery.
