Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of legal eDiscovery to join their team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in the legal and technology sectors to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the legal eDiscovery market.

·       Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored eDiscovery solutions.

·       Present and demonstrate the value of eDiscovery products and services to legal professionals, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and government            agencies.

·       Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, legal technology advancements, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

·       Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.

·       Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

·       Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's eDiscovery solutions.

Qualifications:

·       Proven track record in sales, preferably in the legal technology or eDiscovery industry.

·       In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery processes, tools, and regulations.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to understand complex legal and technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (preferred).

·       Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Pay range is $90,000 to $100,000 base  + Commission
