About the Role:
Our client is looking for a driven and metrics-focused Freight and Logistics Sales Representative to join their fast-paced team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in B2B SaaS or logistics tech sales to drive revenue, build strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers, and own complex sales cycles. You’ll be instrumental in expanding their reach, refining the sales process, and delivering results in an ever-evolving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize pipeline: Take ownership of your clients and sales funnel from cold outreach to closing deals using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).

Lead high-value opportunities: Handle mid-to-large freight forwarder prospects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth engagement and conversion.

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with leadership, product development, and customer success teams to maximize client satisfaction and long-term value.

Engage in outbound sales: Utilize a combination of cold calls, in-person meetings, and event attendance (domestic & international) to foster relationships and close deals.

Adapt in a startup environment: Stay flexible in pitch, demos, and sales approach as they continue refining their strategies and techniques.
Qualifications:

2+ years of B2B SaaS or logistics tech sales experience, ideally selling to freight forwarders or logistics providers.

Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets.

Experience using CRMs, with HubSpot knowledge preferred.

Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to hit targets, take coaching, and adapt to evolving sales processes.

Clear and effective communicator who can build trust with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Bonus Points:

Experience selling to major freight forwarders like DSV or Kuehne + Nagel.

Understanding of AI or SaaS applications in logistics.

Background in freight forwarding operations and/or sales.

Previous SaaS logistics industry experience, particularly within startups.
