Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in originating Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans.

Credit trained with the ability to analyze and manage risk effectively.

Strong relationship builder with a track record of portfolio growth.

Willing to relocate to the Austin area and embed in the local business community.

Compensation:

Base salary: $150K–$200K+, depending on experience and performance.
