What You’ll Do
• Represent clients in Office Leasing, Tenant & Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, Industrial/Warehouse, and Specialty Sales.
• Source and close high-value deals with confidence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and strategic outreach.
• Negotiate key deal points in LOIs, PSAs, and leases.
• Leverage technology and social media to maximize exposure and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven CRE Experience: 1+ years in commercial real estate.
• Licensed Professional: Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
