Compensation: Up to $95,000 Base Salary + Gas Card
Travel: Required (Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Florida)
A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial renovation, tenant improvement, interior finish-out, remodel, and build-out projects throughout multiple states. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and computer skills who can effectively manage project documentation and reporting through construction management software.
Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.

Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation.

Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project progress to management.

Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Utilize construction management software to track schedules, daily reports, project documentation, and field communications.

Maintain accurate project records and reporting using company project management systems.

Travel to project sites as needed throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Florida.

Qualifications

3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.

Experience managing commercial renovations, tenant improvements, interior finish-outs, remodels, or build-out projects.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Computer literate and comfortable utilizing construction management and project tracking software.

Experience with platforms such as Forma, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildertrend, CMiC, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Willingness to travel as projects require.

Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
