track, typically requiring 7+ years of dedicated practice in Texas estate law and wealth management.
This role provides high-touch, empathetic, and sophisticated legal counsel to families, business owners, and
fiduciaries navigating estate creation, business succession, or structural asset protection. The firm blends
customized client attention with the horsepower needed to execute large-scale asset preservation.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Estate Engineering: Draft and custom-tailor foundational and advanced estate plans,
including Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Multi-Generational Wealth Planning instruments,
and Complex Wills.
Business Succession & Protection: Design structures to safeguard closely held businesses, complex
real estate portfolios, and investment assets across generational transfers.
Probate & Estate Administration: Guide independent executors, administrators, and fiduciaries
through the complete Texas probate process, asset inventories, and accounting requirements.
Contested Probate Litigation: Represent plaintiffs or defendants in high-stakes will contests,
guardianship disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty lawsuits in the Dallas County Probate Courts.
Court Appointments: Serve when designated as a court-appointed Attorney Ad Litem or Guardian Ad
Litem.
