A boutique real estate law firm is looking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney to the firm.
We are looking for a proactive advocate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial or residential real
estate, construction defect litigation, property owners association law, and foreclosure work to join a
dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Advocacy: Conduct depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in court hearings.
Discovery & Research: Manage document review and production, draft discovery requests and
responses, draft motions, and perform in-depth legal research.
Trial Preparation: Build strong cases for trial, navigate complex litigation strategies, and attend and
handle hearings.
Case Management: Manage cases from inception through resolution.
