sophisticated, high-exposure personal injury matters. This role is ideal for an accomplished paralegal with deep litigation
experience and ownership of complex, large-loss accident cases.
Position Summary
The Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will support one attorney in managing complex personal injury litigation
from intake through trial. This is a critical role for a seasoned paralegal who brings sound judgment, strong case
management skills, and the confidence to operate at a senior, decision-support level. The ideal candidate will contribute to
a high-performing team culture while handling sophisticated, large-loss accident matters with accountability and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in direct partnership with one attorney on sophisticated personal injury matters
- Manage complex, high-exposure accident cases from intake through trial
- Support discovery, trial preparation, and case strategy
- Assist with litigation management and attorney decision support
- Maintain ownership of case details, deadlines, and litigation support responsibilities
