An established Texas engineering firm is seeking a licensed Senior Structural Project Manager for its Fort
Worth office. This leadership role will manage structural projects from concept through construction while
overseeing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
The ideal candidate is an experienced structural engineer who can lead complex projects, mentor
developing professionals, and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, contractors, and
internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural engineering projects from initial concept through construction administration
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
Supervise and mentor engineers and design staff
Review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents for quality and
accuracy
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project
lifecycle
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Support business development and help identify opportunities for repeat and new client work
Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, permitting requirements, and firm quality standards
